Harman Engineering Consultant, LP (HEC) is comprised of several well-recognized engineers with The Texas Department of Transportation background.  Our highway engineers have a wide range of knowledge on state design requirements, innovative solutions from concept through construction, and offer comprehensive transportation services in all phases of project development.

•  Undertake technical and feasibility studies.
•  Use CAD packages for developing detailed design/drawings.
•  Undertake complex engineering calculations to develop projects.
•  Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals including contractors.
•  Compile job specifications and supervising tender procedures.
